Em 1987, a renomada psicóloga norte-americana Susan Jeffers publicou o que viria a ser um dos livros de desenvolvimento pessoal mais bem-sucedidos da história.
“Sinta o Medo e Faça Mesmo Assim” (Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway) inaugurou uma nova vertente na autoajuda e inspirou inúmeros outros livros sobre a superação de medos que vieram depois.
A vasta experiência de Jeffers como psicóloga tornou esse livro uma verdadeira preciosidade para indivíduos que lutam com medos paralisantes e inseguranças persistentes, oferecendo ferramentas para que qualquer pessoa possa viver uma vida plena e satisfatória.
